Two of her illustrations accompany Chapter 1 in the short story, “A Curious Day in the Life of Joe Bascomb”, serialized in The Greenwich Time. The chapter was authored by M. J. Rose and published in the newspaper on January 12, 2014

Annette Voreyer
Annette was raised in Cooperstown, NY, received her undergraduate degree from Syracuse University and lived for many years in France, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
She has studied with several prominent artists including Jesus Emmanuel Villarreal, Christopher Gallego, Kirill Doron and Dean Fisher. She holds memberships in the Salmagundi Club, The National League of American Pen Women, the American Artists Professional League, the Art Students League of New York and the Greenwich Art Society.
Annette has won numerous awards including Best in Show-Paint/Acrylic at the 2015 Greenwich Art Society’s Annual Juried Exhibition. Her work has appeared in numerous gallery exhibitions throughout Fairfield County and New York City. In addition, her work can be found in private collections in Greenwich, New York City, San Diego, London and Canada.
Annette currently paints in her home and Bridgeport studios and also continues her independent studies with Jesus Emmanuel Villarreal and Christopher Gallego. She has also participated in workshops with Frank Bruckmann in Maine; Florence, Italy with Ephraim Rubenstien, with Julian Merrow-Smith in Provence and with Ben Fenske and Marc Dalessio in Boston.
Annette has resided in Greenwich since 2002 with her husband and two sons.
