ART
All Pen Women disciplines are welcome.
Come if you want help with your work, you just want to show what you are doing, you want to show older work we haven’t seen, or you just want to see what your fellow artists are going to bring. Please come whether you have work to show or not. Your input is always valuable.

Art Critique: 
There will be no December critique. January 2026: Date TBD

LETTERS:

Please note the NEW TIME for our Letters meetings which will make it easier for those with a long commute and for those staying for the concert in the Christ Church Sanctuary after lunch.

You are invited to join us for the next GPW Letters meetings on Friday, January 2, 2026 and 
Friday, February 6, 2026.
Time: 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM. Please arrive by 10:45 so we can start on time.

Place: We will meet in the chapel in Christ Church, 254 East Putnm Ave., Greenwich. The chapel is across the hall from the  Sanctuary. Bring your own lunch (1:00-1:30) and join us for the concert (1:30-2pm). Church office: (203) 869-6600.

and indicate:
1. I plan to attend and submit. (You will receive the submissions.)
2. I plan to attend but NOT submit. (You will receive the submissions.)
3. I will not be attending.(You will NOT receive the submissions unless you request them.)

If you do not RSVP, we will assume you are not attending, and you will not receive the submissions.

Submission Guidelines
1. Email submissions in a WORD document to Deborah and Cathy by  Saturday, December 27, 2025.
2. Include name, page numbers, and a synopsis if your submission is part of a larger work.
3. Identify genre, target audience, and context.
4. Limit submissions to be critiques to a maximum of five pages using Times New Roman 12-point font. You may also include a synopsis in addition to your five-page submission.
5. Indicate the specific feedback you are seeking.

Critique Guidelines
Please prepare written comments in advance so we can give everyone our best ideas.

If you choose to copy-edit a submission, please email those to the writer rather than including them in your verbal comments at the meeting.
